Pest Poster About Fleas!

Kia Ora, and welcome back to my blog. Last term  room nine did a pest poster. We had to draw a picture of a pest that we know. We also had to write five different facts about that pest. We had to make it look pretty because my teacher Miss Riley had to pick one of the best ones to go to Te Oro. This is my poster that I have created.Lastly before my work went to Te Oro room nine and I went to go show room 11 and  12 what we did.  My Poster got picked to go to Te Oro!

My Learning At School

Kia Orana, my name is Kotipi.  I am nine years old of age.  I attend Ruapotaka School in Glen Innes. I am a Cook Islander and also I am Tongan.  I have seven people in my family, two sisters, two brothers, my mum, my dad and I.

My goals for this year are to try my best in every sport and try to participate in every tournament. I also want to be better at adding money in mathematics. I love listening to music, I love reading, also learning new things. I am good at writing  different types.

My teacher inspires me to do things even if you don’t want to, but you have to. My teacher did not want to make a video but guess what, yes she did it. So she is the best teacher I’ve met this year. She is really pretty but she doesn't think so. My teacher is very cool.

My Feelings If I Went To Germany!!!!!!

If I was in Germany I would be terribly terrified, because I don't speak their language also because i'm pretty sure that we won't have any Germany dollars so I would be very worried and really scared. Honestly I wouldn't ever be happy their, only if i could understand them like seriously!!!!!

Three facts about AUSTRALIA!!!!!!

Extreme Filming

Kia Orana, last week on Wednesday Ruapotaka School went by bus to go to the manaiakalani film festival. We watched different movies from different  schools, and learnt things from the movies. My favorite movie from the manaiakalani  film festival was You Got To Read E'm All by Room 10. My favorite part was when  to boys named Pupuke and Solomone went through a space portal. It was my first time going there and it was a blast. That was the best day ever!

The Awesome Botanic Garden

Last week on a Thursday the whole school went to the Botanic Gardens to learn about different plants and flowers. My favorite part was that Miss Misela gave us flower names. I loved all the different flowers and plants with all the different tree's too. We first went on three separate buses to go there, room nine went on the first bus. My favorite thing at the Botanic Garden was the Rose Garden because it was colorful and beautiful. The last time I went to the Botanic Gardens was when I went with my nana to go to the Elvis Presley show. There was water fountains and many other different gardens. I really enjoyed it.
