How To Make Hangi

Dice the vegetables
onion (slice)
carrot (square)

Cabbage (slice)
Orange kumara
Potato (square)
Pumpkin (square)
Chicken (cut in half)

Put the chicken in first and top up with vegetables, spices and salt.

Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes
