I would give this self portrait a four star. I would give it a four star because I think the thing that stands out the most is the quality in her self portrait. I love the way she drew her eyes and I like the car very much.
I like your ideas. I think that is a fair rating of the painting. Why do you think you didn't give it that last star? What was the one thing you didn't like about it?
The more I look at it, the more I like it. I think the green car is a cool colour and I quite like the light gleaming of the side. Her clothes are strange but I do like the folded parts, that's impressive. Her red lips look quite cool and they stand out against the other colours in the painting.
I can't quite work out what she is sitting next to you. Can you tell?
I agree with you, it is a lovely portrait. Do you think that it should have been drawn differently?
